Overall it was easy to assemble, the bars just slide in and you can lock them in place. At the same time, the construction is very poor. The connection between wheels/base/handlebars is very weak. If you need to move it, it's better to just pick it up than try to roll it, since you're just as likely to damage the base as you have to move it. The top bar is also frustratingly weak, I've put on a few dresses and the top is already starting to bend (I've had it less than 2 weeks). Maybe my clothes are too heavy, but if she doesn't hold up some clothes, what's the point? In general it was cheap and holds up clothes so far. But if you want something long-term, get the best.
