My legs are not massive. I also wear a 11.5 and while the length is correct, the shoe is short from the sole to the top of the instep. It means the damn things are hard to deal with. it should be moccasins, but it's so hard to squeeze my feet in them that I'd actually rather lace up normal shoes. Also, I bought them to wear without socks but they totally distort where my achilles tendon attaches to my leg. . Look at the photo of the left heel after walking in it for about a mile.
