This vacuum cleaner has good suction power. It reminds me of an upgraded wet/dry vacuum. Connections are inaccurate. To disengage the power head, you must bend down and hold down the plastic button and slider while attempting to pull the power head out. It takes too much time and effort. The bare floor mount simply slides over the post without locking. So you need to make sure the angle is right before pushing them all the way in. The grip is of poor quality and has a switch for the powerhead. When you plug in the power head and turn on the vacuum cleaner, sometimes you need to press this switch, and sometimes you need to press the button on the power head. I didn't quite get it, sometimes it doesn't turn on for a few seconds. You turn on the vacuum by placing your foot on the top of the bin. It takes a little pressure to make it work. The pet head, which I was looking forward to as it's great for pads etc that gets fur, isn't actuated, just spins with air pressure so it's not very efficient. It is in order? Everything is OK. Would I buy it again? no It would cost $50 instead of $200. Now, after almost 6 months, I give this vacuum cleaner one star. Made cheap. Trying to replace the power nozzle with a floor nozzle requires a lot of strength and coordination. When you press the trigger, the wand above the button separates, making it awkward. This, combined with the fact that they don't slide apart, requires brute force. None of the sticks come off smoothly. I don't even try to get the wand off the handle as it's too heavy. The wheels don't move smoothly so you have to constantly lift. The bags are very small and very expensive. It was made as cheaply as possible with no quality care.
