I love this mug! One reviewer said it doesn't look anything like the picture, well the flower is for effect not decoration. He shows the flower as if it were a tea bag or tea leaves to put in a cup to make tea. The mug looks exactly like the photo, consists of three parts: a mug, a teapot and a lid. You put a tea bag or loose tea in a brewing cup and place it in the drinking cup, add hot water and let it steep. When done following your example, remove the brew cup and add sugar, cream, etc. You can cover them with a lid to keep dirt out and keep warm longer. It's the perfect size and beautifully finished. A bad review just because you thought it had a flower on it or it was broken, that's not fair. Just because something broke doesn't mean the company or product is bad, but with or without decoration the mug still works as advertised. I use mine daily and am very happy with it.
