Plug and play didn't work for my 2017 MacBook with current OS. Manufacturer support could not be found. The instructions came on a plain sheet of paper printed out by a printer that had run out of ink so I couldn't even look at the entire sheet to see if there was anything I could do. The product is also very thin. The USB connector is hardwired to the camera, not the base, so it pulls on the camera and doesn't allow you to effectively position the camera angle when panning.
