I use my coffee maker every day. This coffee maker is perfect for me. Not as good as Cuisinart in terms of coffee making, but after going through 3 Cuisinart in 5 years I decided to switch to another brand. So this time I tried brown. Less than 8 months later, the coffee maker gave an E01 error. Customer service told me it was a programming issue and the machine needed to be replaced. First let me say that I registered my product when I bought it. I thought it would help me if I had to call customer service but no. After agonizing through providing photos and proof of purchase, agreeing on the fees they wanted to charge me, cutting the cord and sending the photo, Brown agreed to send me a replacement car. After 8 days I am still without a coffee maker and have no idea when a replacement will arrive. Has it been sent? I do not know. But I'm already tired of contacting Braun support every day!
