If you have bought this or are thinking about it. I have some tips that might help. I read in reviews that the paint does not fit well. It was right. It stays sticky. However, I found a way to circumvent this. After the second layer and complete polymerisation. Wipe once with acetone, apply top coat and cure. It will be dry. Even if you apply a top coat and cure it, it will still remain tacky without an acetone wipe. I just think it would be better if you wipe it off after applying the second coat instead of the top coat. For some reason the top coat doesn't do this when wiped off first. Strange I know.
