I like that it's easy to use, and that you can add your own images as well. It's also free! I dislike that there are so many different ways to add images. You have to choose between uploading an image or adding one from a URL. There should be more options for people who don't want to upload their own images. Sometimes I get an error when trying to add my image and it won't load. Also, sometimes when I try to change my profile picture it doesn't work. I think that it would be helpful if they had more information about what was going wrong. For example, if you're having trouble with uploading your own image, or if you're getting an error message. I'm using Gravatar to make it easier for me to keep up with all of the social media accounts I have.
