Review on NEOGOV Talent Management Suite by Brian Kingsford

What I like the best about NEOGOV is the easy to navigate, intuitive, and self-contained system. Their training is excellent and the platform is easy to get the most out of. I don't like the fact that the system is a bit expensive, compared to the market. I wish I could have the entire system at a much less expensive price. I would recommend NEOGOV to small-medium-sized organizations. We are able to track the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of all of the new hires. We have also been able to track the employee's performance based on the performance of the projects and tasks. I like that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It also has many features that are beneficial for my organization. The interface could be more intuitive. Overall, it was a good experience using this product. We were able to use it in our day to day work with no issues. I would recommend taking advantage of all the different features available. I like how it allows for us to have a centralized place to manage all of our employees.
