Bought for my mum. She's 83 years old and determined to hang curtains herself and reach the top of her closet shelves. This gives her the necessary stability. The steps are wide. The handle is long so she can hold on to the second stage. The grip also gives her the confidence to climb stairs without fear of falling. It's wide at the bottom with elastic that attaches to the bottom to keep it in place. I'm glad I chose her. She feels safe and I'm calm. If only I could get her to hang the curtains and wait for me. It's more of a challenge than finding it. Definitely recommend it to everyone.
