Not worth the money.

The pump is plastic and does not come apart the way the instructions say it is supposed to for cleaning. The pin that is supposed to be removable does not come out and it feels like the whole thing would break if you were to force it out.

Pros

With a 3.5 quart capacity, this product is perfect for a busy restaurant as it can hold a lot of cheese or fudge. Plus, the heated spout and pump ensure that all the contents are dispensed evenly and efficiently, saving time and effort
