My wife loves pandas and loves this dog costume way more than our 8 week old labrador pup (who is still a bit small for an XS hoodie at 9 pounds). Outside is very soft and fluffy, and inside is a thin polyester lining; looks like it will be warm enough in winter. It closes with 4 buttons along the stomach, there is an elastic band on the cuffs of the short sleeves and a drawstring for the hood. Your mileage may vary depending on how well your dog tolerates the hood, but other than that it was fairly easy to put on (after initial resistance). There is a slot on the back for a leash, but it can be difficult to find once it's on (it's recommended to thread the leash first, attach it to a collar or harness, and then put on a sweatshirt). There's also a pocket on the back for some reason (maybe if your dog has a wallet or cell phone?).
