I ordered a system with bad cameras and the base unit did not send a signal to the monitor. Replaced by another system. The cameras were ok, but still didn't send a signal to the monitor (couldn't adjust, didn't see anything). Called "Technical Support". The worker said she works from home and has not been trained to work with units due to Covid. I asked her about her experience in the audiovisual field. She didn't have them. He just got a job and is sitting at home helping people understand the manual. If they have any problem other than this, she has no idea how to solve it. Therefore, technical support is only intended for people with reading difficulties. UPDATE: To date the seller has contacted me 10 times to offer me money based on my 3 star rating. I don't want your money. But thought I'd let you know why you're seeing so many positive reviews. UPDATE: I solved the problem myself after a lot of research. Apparently I had to set the system to a 30 cycle refresh rate, not 60 for HDMI. After that it worked fine. There are many settings without explanation. Your little "management” just turns on the cameras and starts recording. You have to figure out the rest yourself and it's not easy. You need to create a guide that includes all the settings available in the guide so you know what they do and how to use them.
