Stops working after about a dozen uses. The block no longer removes the plug - it simply stops working when it meets resistance. It's still covered by the manufacturer's warranty: They charge $10 to ship you a new one, PLUS you have to ship the power cord back at your own expense. No thank you! My manual fender corkscrew works just fine. Also, the device takes up too much counter space and consumes electricity. (They recommend leaving the charger plugged in.) It was an impulse buy that I regret and I'm cutting my losses rather than investing another $15+ into it.
