I'm so tired of my old thermometers, which always showed me temperature values for a long time. Finally got this one. It has four probes so you can stick them in different parts of the meat. Readings are accurate and fast. The best part is that you can leave the probes in the meat while it cooks. The screen is big and bright. The ability to connect to your phone via bluetooth is a big plus.
