I bought this for one of my engineers. He is happy with his work and does what he wants, calls customers with no background noise. He made various comments that were neither negative nor positive. He noted that there were two L stickers on both ears, which the company said were for "Leitner," rather than the two left ears. The headset can be worn with the microphone on either ear. He noted that he should remember to turn on the headset when removing it from the docking station. Which I think might be a problem with the battery saver mode. I didn't buy a handset lifter so I don't know if the dock came with a handset lifter, it would turn on automatically, or you would still have to push a button to turn on the headset. He noticed that the headset doesn't fit on the back of the docking station. The picture shows that the non-mic ear pads don't make contact with the dock, but in fact they do, and the curvature of the head out of the box is so tight that it's not easy to install, and I was concerned about the narrow rounding of the head in the headband rests on the attached ear pads . But it turned out that everything was fine. He said it didn't bother him anymore. He also said he has a very large head and may have stretched the headband enough to easily fit the dock. From my side, the headset looks high quality. I also don't like the tight fit of the headset strap in terms of docking, but that's not my headset, so if he's happy with that now, you're fine. The company has really, really good customer service and that has a lot of value and the 5 year warranty is impressive and justifies the high final price. Tutsi Rolls feel comfortable. The only real complaint I have is that the instructions provided were misleading and very imperfect. I've already called the company and looked through the instructions on what's wrong. Hope they fix them. All in all I would buy it again and recommend it.
