Review on 🚗 Carro Indoor/Outdoor Smart Ceiling Fan 56" 3 Blade with Remote Control - Alexa/Google Home/Siri Compatible, Dimmable LED Light, 10-Speed DC Motor (Black) by Ginger Allen

I have bought 6 of these Carro Icebreaker fans in the last month. 3 from Revain, 3 from SmaFan.com. 5 - 56" fans, 1 - 52" fans. Unfortunately, literally every one of them was noisy. It's a tick or a punch. I made the cover over the fan motor slide up the bottom bar so it doesn't make a noise and I don't have to remove the packing material. I believe the noise I'm hearing is coming from the ball joint where it flops into the mount. I contacted Carro fans directly, described my problem and sent photos and videos. Their main response was that this is a known design issue and there is nothing they can do but refund the money and ask me to return the fans. I asked if there was a fix or time frame for this and they said no. i love the fans And I like the functionality of the fans. The smart aspect works great, the light is bright and works great. I don't like the intermittent tick/thump they do with literally everyone. I don't know if I want to return them because I haven't found a good alternative, but I don't know if they're worth keeping.
