I like how easy it was for our staff members, as well as guests, to use this system! The customer service has been great too - always willing to help when you need them or if there are any issues with your account/systems. We have not had one issue since we started using flyt in January of 2017! It's very important that they can provide training at least twice per year so users know all aspects of the software inside out. That way everyone knows exactly what buttons do etc. If you're looking into an upgrade from another point-of-sale solution, make sure you talk through everything before making final decisions about which program will work best for your business needs. Our inventory management process has improved immensely because we no longer rely solely on handwritten notes made by employees who aren't familiarized with each product.
