It works! Didn't have to buy an expensive Apple core replacement. I also have an adapter. The cords feel strong and strong. The cat has to work harder to chew it! The cable is longer which is a plus. I can't remember how long it took my laptop to charge, but when it was empty it charged up pretty quickly. Maybe 2 hours max. I plugged this in at 49% at 12:47 a few minutes ago. Now 12:52 at 54%. My computer said it would take 1 hour 57 minutes to charge at 12:47. At 12:53 it shows that it takes 1 hour and 28 minutes to fully charge from 56%. It went from 54% to 56% in a minute, so I'm guessing the score is a bit higher. I did not count. It actually seems to charge just like my Apple cable (before it accidentally broke). I type this and watch the progress as I type. Bye. I recommend this cord. To replace the Apple cable connected to the device adapter. I have a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2019. Today is February 2020.
