I am a female and have never removed or changed seats on a bicycle before. I didn't even need instructions on how to brake this seat. It was too easy. It was also too easy to remove the factory seat from my new bike and replace it with a Cloud 9 seat. This cloud 9 seat is amazing. I didn't know a bike seat could be so comfortable, but it really is! I got this seat because the factory seat felt like I was sitting on a picket fence once I sat on it. I was in a car accident 2 years ago and it did something to my sciatic nerve. When I sit on a hard chair, I get pain. Now that I tried sitting in the factory seat of my bike, all I knew was that I was asking about a sciatic nerve aggravation. I think Cloud-9 saved me from flare-ups. I haven't ridden a bike yet, but I can already say that we'll get on really well. I can already feel a big difference just sitting in two different bike seats! It's a little pricey for the place but I recommend it especially if you have sciatic nerve problems! Although the packaging of this seat says it is for cruisers, it fits my Schwinn hybrid bike perfectly with no issues. See photos as proof!
