We use these wireless headsets with our Cisco VOIP phones in the office. They are very easy to hook up if you follow the easy to read instructions. There are different sizes of earbuds to suit everyone, and they also offer an over the head option for those who are uncomfortable wearing them on the ear only. It can also be changed to fit right or left ear. It's very light and the base is so small that it doesn't take up space on your desk. The audio controls are located at the bottom of the base. Some of my colleagues use a handset lifter (also from Plantronics) as it makes it easier to understand when using a headset. I've had the headset for almost three years now and haven't had any problems. Would recommend to anyone in the office who asks for it.
