And I'm quite happy with it

Works quite well. And I'm pretty happy with it. But for the price I paid I don't want "good enough", I don't want "good enough". I want excellent. I want excellent. For almost $200 I want significantly better than the $45 I had before. Unfortunately this is not the case. Better of course. But not $150 better. There's a difference. My biggest complaint is the slight echo I hear when speaking. I've tried playing with the controls below, but if I turn the speaker down enough that I can't hear it…

Expected more - in-ear headphones

This headset has not convinced me so far. Here are the pros: Sound quality is good. Setup was quick and easy. I didn't have any technical problems. My big complaint is that it's pretty impractical. Maybe it's just me. Maybe I have special ears, but whatever I try it just doesn't fit my ear. The piece that wraps around my ear isn't secure no matter how small the piece I use - it doesn't wrap around my ear properly so the weight of the headset pulls it down and out of my ear. Real headphones…

Highly Recommended Best In Ear Headphones

We use these wireless headsets with our Cisco VOIP phones in the office. They are very easy to hook up if you follow the easy to read instructions. There are different sizes of earbuds to suit everyone, and they also offer an over the head option for those who are uncomfortable wearing them on the ear only. It can also be changed to fit right or left ear. It's very light and the base is so small that it doesn't take up space on your desk. The audio controls are located at the bottom of the…

  • Unbelievable Price

I bought a Plantronics CS55H in 2007, new battery 2013, one of the best items I've ever bought so I'm thinking about it now Battery. Worn out after 7 years, I thought about buying another Plantronics headset. After reading about all of their headsets I settled on the CS540 to make it look like my old one. I have read all information and all reviews and ordered. When I received it we tried to connect it to my system but couldn't. I called Plantronics customer service and told them what phone I…

Great headset. Works perfectly!

I bought this headset for work. Part of my job consists of running technical webinars, demos and technical support. I'm on the phone all day, every day, and I needed a great headset with good sound from the mic and speakers and a long battery life. This headset has it all. I've never had a dead battery. It also loads very quickly. I also got this headset because the headband is optional. I wear it unbandaged just above my ear (headbands are starting to hurt at the top of my head). It has…

Good price

Good price. But here is some information. The headband was not included. Came with three extra plastic clip-on earrings (they're super cheap and super thin. Won't last long). The headband is nice and light, but on a head as big as mine it feels like it's slipping off all day. I'm trying to get used to this feeling. See photos: I have a Shoretel phone system and it comes with a headset button so I didn't need a handset lifter - I just answer the call by pressing the headset button. Also, my desk

Ideal for pharmacies

Ordered for work. I work in a pharmacy and the phones keep ringing. My job is multitasking, which means while I'm calling customers in and out of the store, printing labels, pulling out medication, counting medication, refilling medication, typing scripts, handling faxes and email scripts and delegating to my team, I'm also for responsible for calls. Picking up the phone and putting it to my ear often meant I couldn't multitask. To make matters worse, I tried to keep my phone on my shoulder so…
