This headset has not convinced me so far. Here are the pros: Sound quality is good. Setup was quick and easy. I didn't have any technical problems. My big complaint is that it's pretty impractical. Maybe it's just me. Maybe I have special ears, but whatever I try it just doesn't fit my ear. The piece that wraps around my ear isn't secure no matter how small the piece I use - it doesn't wrap around my ear properly so the weight of the headset pulls it down and out of my ear. Real headphones don't fit and hurt. Like I said, maybe it's me. I may have weird ears but for the price I expected them to fit a lot better. If I could connect my AirPods to my desk phone I would because they fit great!
