Works quite well. And I'm pretty happy with it. But for the price I paid I don't want "good enough", I don't want "good enough". I want excellent. I want excellent. For almost $200 I want significantly better than the $45 I had before. Unfortunately this is not the case. Better of course. But not $150 better. There's a difference. My biggest complaint is the slight echo I hear when speaking. I've tried playing with the controls below, but if I turn the speaker down enough that I can't hear it, the person on the other line can't hear me very well. That's a bad correlation. Otherwise it works "excellent". Pleasant, good range, the interlocutor hears me perfectly. It's good.
