Good price. But here is some information. The headband was not included. Came with three extra plastic clip-on earrings (they're super cheap and super thin. Won't last long). The headband is nice and light, but on a head as big as mine it feels like it's slipping off all day. I'm trying to get used to this feeling. See photos: I have a Shoretel phone system and it comes with a headset button so I didn't need a handset lifter - I just answer the call by pressing the headset button. Also, my desk phone has a separate jack so I didn't have to plug it into the adapter jack. I'm still working on getting the perfect sound quality out, but it might take a little longer. There are three adjustment knobs on the bottom of the receiver/cradle (sorry I don't think I can take a picture of them). So far none of the callers have complained about the sound. It doesn't look like I'm in a tunnel. Some calls are quiet and I have to try turning up the volume on my end. But I'm still working on the perfect settings. So it's not a premium headset, but it's a good mid-range option and I think most people will like it.
