Ordered for work. I work in a pharmacy and the phones keep ringing. My job is multitasking, which means while I'm calling customers in and out of the store, printing labels, pulling out medication, counting medication, refilling medication, typing scripts, handling faxes and email scripts and delegating to my team, I'm also for responsible for calls. Picking up the phone and putting it to my ear often meant I couldn't multitask. To make matters worse, I tried to keep my phone on my shoulder so I could continue to multitask, which resulted in serious shoulder and neck problems more than 4 years later. My doctor recommended that I take a closer look at the headsets, which I did. The challenge was finding one that wasn't too cumbersome but also reliable so my customers could always hear me. This product was one of the expensive ones I looked at but the reviews helped me in my decision. I'm glad I did it because it helped a lot. It wasn't easy to install. To be honest, the two-piece adapter plug made things difficult. It took about 1-2 hours to fully charge the headset itself, not 20 minutes as stated in the instructions. But after that, using it became easier than ever. It took me getting used to using it, but now that I've done it I've experienced a lot less strain on my shoulders and I'm much better at multitasking while answering those dozens of calls an hour. I highly recommend this product.
