Review on Vicks EasyFill Cool Mist Humidifier: Rapid Relief for Cold and Flu Symptoms by Jason Spainhour

We bought this humidifier for our newborn baby. We had a crane for our first child and it worked for 4 years - it still works! We bought this humidifier because it looked easier to clean. We've had this thing for THREE months and it's stopped working. For $60 it should work for much longer than THREE months. The device turns on, but nothing comes out. To make matters worse, Wick doesn't use a regular screw to attach the device. To disassemble it you need a special tool. That means we can't even fix it. And no, it cannot be returned or replaced. If we had bought it from Walmart they would have taken it back. So disappointed what a waste of money! ** I never take the time to write reviews but wanted to warn future buyers. **UPDATE** Revain replaced this device for me for free, I love Revain. I HATE VICKS. It's been 3 months and this thing stopped working AGAIN! I'm incredibly disappointed. I hope none of you spend money on this brand. #Boycott
