I'm in the process of writing a well deserved review - I bought this watch a while ago and when it arrived the plastic coating on the face had blisters and dust and stuff that stuck to it in hours cannot be erased. I didn't write a bad review or anything, just pointed out the issues in the comments and explained why I'm returning it. I have decided not to order this watch again. Shortly after I sent it back, another arrived - compliments to the seller. Not only was I amazed by the customer service and willingness to just ship the watch to me, but the watch itself was in great condition this time. I also like that the second hand runs smoothly and you don't hear the tick-tick-tick like some other watches. I especially recommend this watch from this seller because you get great customer service when you need it.
