I bought this training collar for my husband and I to use with our 3 year old. an old retriever terrier crossbreed late October 2020. Because Sadie is often distracted when we take her to her unfenced backyard in our suburban area; I was confident we could catch their attention if needed with the chime, vibration and (rarely used) slapping properties of this collar. When it stopped working after almost 6 months I contacted the company via email and was very happy when they replaced the collar. Now I can rest assured that our backyard walks are safe. I would recommend this product and company to anyone looking for a training aid for their beloved pet.
