It's simple to use for customers with no tech experience at all - it doesn't look like much but once you open an account everything can be managed through their site as well which makes things easy when they are not able or do want support from us! I have had issues getting people who don;t understand how this works involved in our project however we were given someone else by another agency so hopefully she will get them up-to speed quickly though there has been little communication since then about what progress was made etc! We've used clocknine before (for other projects) where staff didn’t fully utilise software capabilities leading sometimes expensive work being done without benefits realised due technical limitations/costs within budgeting process & time limits set out during tender processes.
