I love how easy it was to use this software! It's amazing how well everything works perfectly right out-of-the box. The customer support has been great as well, they are very quick at responding back with questions or concerns we have about their product. Nothing really comes negative but if you plan ahead when choosing your options for customization there might be some things not available in other packages like ours. It's simple to use for customers with no tech experience at all - it doesn't look like much but once you open an account everything can be managed through their site as well which makes things easy when they are not able or do want support from us! I have had issues getting people who don;t understand how this works involved in our project however we were given someone else by another agency so hopefully she will get them up-to speed quickly though there has been little communication since then
