I love that it connects to my POS as well! This is great since our whole point of this software was so we can manage everything without having multiple systems installed at each location (which would have been too pricey).

Also being able to see what’s coming in real time makes things much easier than manually counting cash out every night which could be very tedious if you are running several restaurants. It does take some getting used to when using online versus an actual person taking your order but once everyone gets familiar with their tasks they pick up speed quite quickly. We needed one place where all employees had access to information about upcoming shifts/tasks etc., in addition to seeing how many customers there were currently waiting or not yet checked-in.
