Update December 22nd: I returned the device as recommended by Impecca customer service. I had to pay shipping. After 2 weeks, literally yesterday, we received a new one in the mail. My son played it twice today for 20 minutes. So far, so good. Or put a device on the first set for 30 minutes, when the batteries are empty, we plugged it into the socket provided, it worked for 1-2 minutes at first, then only a few seconds. Time. We tried again playing with only batteries and the device turns off after pressing any arrow key. When calling the technician number provided, we decided to just send a message. Then, after some searching, I found out that I was no longer in business. They were sold to Impekka. I contacted Impecca with our concerns and they asked me to email tech support. cannot call the service directly. They were emailed tonight and I will update this review when I have a solution. But the Major has let it down so far, my 8 year old got it for his birthday, loved it for the first 30 minutes - very disappointed now.
