I bought these because running shoes are expensive and I can't always afford new ones. For me they are great! I've been running in them for a while and I think they're going to go pretty far. However, I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. Because these are low-heeled shoes to the toe, they put more stress on the calf and Achilles tendon, but offer a more natural ride. A minor annoyance is that they creak a bit when walking, so I wouldn't recommend them for walking. but if you are looking for a cheap low heel shoe, you can't go wrong with this shoe. They only cost $34!
