I like that it was able to track results with their SEO programs at an affordable price, but also because they had some of the best customer service reps as well. It is very simple for anyone who has no knowledge about this type of program or would rather just stay away from these types of things. They were easy to work with. There really wasn't anything that i disliked doing business with them. It's great that you can do search marketing without having to invest thousands in other sites. I like that you can monitor your competitors keywords, and get a better idea of what people are searching for in order to find your business. Some features are more complicated than others, but if you have enough time and patience, it is easy to figure out. There is nothing specifically that I dislike about this software. It's a good tool to use if you want to keep track of your competitors. You can see how many searches they do, and which ones are bringing them the most traffic.
