I'll start with the good. It is very convenient and easy to use. Looks great on grout with tile, really refreshes the look of the floor and is easier than grouting and re-grouting. I have a new install so can't comment on durability or stain resistance yet. Now for the not so good ones. The color swatches in the descriptions are not really helpful in determining what the color will look like on grout with your tile. One of the downsides of buying something like this online. We completed 4 or 5 orders before we could find the right color. Ivory is too yellow etc. As for range, 60 meters? For real? This equates to nearly 180 linear feet. We have 25 to 30 linear feet from the pin. The pens contain very little paint (0.1 oz) and don't go far. If we had to do this over and over again, I would go to a paint shop, buy a pint of the same paint and paint with a brush.
