Review on Puppy Bumpers Rainbow Paw 13 by Brandi Shatwell

I have a 16lb Rat Terrier. He's one of the three, the smallest. We have a fence in our garden. For the first three months he couldn't squeeze through the bars of our fence, but 2 weeks ago he managed to crawl through and escape into the forest. We already use a small picket fence as the bottom part of our fence, but he stepped on it and squeezed through anyway. Thank god I was out there with him and was able to get him back. I figured the only way out was to put chicken wire over the fence. but. I found this puppy bumper by accident and decided to try it first. It was a great success. It definitely prevents him from getting through the bars on the fence and he doesn't mind wearing it. don't try to take it off. It has four tabs through which you can tie the collar. He prefers to keep the broken part under his chin than around his neck. I highly recommend trying this first before changing your fence!
