I love this box for travel. Friendly TSA. As this is a small size, once you have it, take a drill and drill a hole pattern into the back to make it TSA compliant. Larger sizes already have hole relief. I'm pretty sure it's a manufacturing defect they don't add to the holes (in the little box) and I can see why. But it's really easy to fix if you want to use it for air travel. Also, this is my second as I still have my first which is about 9 years old and the crate is still sturdy which means the handle still holds my pet's weight well. I even doubled my pets in the old cage and everything was fine until I got my new cage. The first one was badly broken when I received it and I don't understand "how it happened to this one" but Revane said to return it and they immediately replaced it.
