I'm a professional dog walker so I have to carry my phone, bags, pepper spray, business cards and treats. I'm very happy to be able to slip my iPhone 6 into the front zip pocket - it's secure yet easily accessible. I use carabiners to attach used poop bags (disgusting but better than lugging them around) or keys. I don't use the biggest feature, the poop bag dispenser, because I only use poop bag handles, no casters, but that doesn't matter. I replaced the strap the same day - it's so slippery it won't let the bag stand still, but slips when you walk. I like to keep it on my left side, it will move all the way forward. Lastly, I wish there was some sort of clasp at the top because the sides kept gaping - I use a little clasp at the top now. Minor issues and once fixed the bag works fine for my purposes.
