I am a nail technician and using this stone for my clients is amazing. Synthetic stones don't get enough dead skin and the "razor blade/grater" can cut the customer. I don't like using a grater at all, it's inconvenient for me and the customer. Using this stone instead of a grater is the best solution I've come across. A little cuticle softener and callus remover and voila. Its course is enough to "shave" off enough calluses so they don't come back worse and are smooth enough to safely go over the top of the foot without injuring the client. As for the order itself, I ordered two. When I received it one was perfect. As for the other stone, not so much. I contacted the seller and he sent me a new one for free. I was even allowed to keep the old one, although I insisted on paying the return costs. I am always grateful for their generous and thoughtful customer service. Overall I give the company and their product a 10 out of 5 (10/5). Edit: Please make sure you rinse/clean the stone after use. It doesn't fade on the stone at all. Do this to prevent skin from building up inside the stone and to avoid bad smells. This is optional, but it is also recommended to place the stone in a sterilizer with a UV lamp.
