I like that they do not charge for using the app, but rather have you pay for services through your insurance provider or directly with them. It's easy to use when things are going well, but can be frustrating if there are large swings in my account balance. For example, sometimes I will make an error without realizing it until after I've submitted the transfer request (or even worse, double submit). This has caused me to lose money at times because now I need to go back into the app and correct this mistake before submitting again. They also don't give any visual cues about how much I am over/under depositing each week so it takes some time to realize what might be happening. Tracking deposits and withdrawals from one place makes keeping track of all our accounts easier than having separate apps open up on different screens for each bank.
