SAVINGS when I was at Disneyland in the summer. I think I'd be passed out from heat stroke if I didn't have this stupid little fan around my neck all day! It's lightweight, not too bulky, and very helpful. I've noticed that many other park visitors wear them in different colors and I recommend anyone who is sensitive to heat to wear them on hot days. The fan is certainly not super powerful, but it does provide a nice flow of air straight to your face (and the battery lasted all day with continuous use). I took extra just in case, but I never had to change them. I think there is a good chance that without this ventilator I would have passed out from heat stroke as I am EXTREMELY sensitive to heat and was also quite dehydrated. , very quiet. Really barely audible and certainly not loud enough to disturb others. I think you can even get away with using this in a cinema (although I don't see why you would need it).
