Perfect for my Drive Scout 4. Even with mirrors installed. It takes a bit of fiddling to put it on, but that's because it has an elasticated bottom to ensure a snug fit and stay in place. As others have said I don't know how to use the strap underneath unless the scooter is on a raised surface like a ramp or small scooter trailer. Then you can get under it to squeeze it. But with a snug fit, you won't need it unless you're driving it in a truck or storing it in a trailer behind your car. Also, I only use it when I take it off and fold it to keep it well together.
