Review on RFID Blocking Travel Wallet Passport by Peter Barrera

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Only four areas are fully protected

Most cards and passports are equipped with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), which means that they can be easily scanned. Unfortunately, this also means that they can "theoretically" be scanned by scammers approaching you. This little purse/belt solves that problem. I find this handy and store a lot of items, but you need to be safe and keep the actual RFID items in one of the three dedicated secure locations. The wallet has two storage areas; the front has an RFID-resistant material that faces outwards. The back compartment has three mesh pockets and much more storage space. It features a fully extendable strap and durable plastic buckles. I like materials. It's primarily polyester, but the stitching is doubled around the nylon zippers and strap connections. The material is tear-resistant, so it won't stretch if you tear it. It should hold up well. There is one critical thing to note about this design. The RFID protection only applies to the outer compartment. Therefore, each end of the main compartment is not protected. Therefore, some parts of the main case may not protect you, although they can be used for mobile phones, etc. To ensure protection, you need to keep your cards, passport, etc. in one of four places: All smaller pockets are protected. Three mesh pockets hold other items so they are protected as well. Just make sure the RFID part of the card (or whatever) is facing down to make sure it's sealed well. Summary: A great way to protect your money - physical or electronic. highlighted.
