Here are several questions: 1. It is advertised with Android 11.0 and even comes with a screen protector label that says Android 11.0. However, it is Android 10.0 and annual security patches for the software.2. It is not possible to update it or update the software because it is third party software. In addition, the screen cover had backlight issues in the bottom two corners.3. The case is made really strong and solid, so there are no complaints about it.4. The battery drains so quickly and the tablet gets very hot when charging. I emailed the seller twice but never received a reply. So I will return it
