My dress came with long sleeves, not the short sleeves shown in the photo. I also don't see 2 ways to wear it. It is definitely meant to be carried off the shoulder. I will order again to see what they send a second time. The packaging was great. EDIT: 2ND ORDER ARRIVED ALSO WITH LONG SLEEVES
