Well I think the name says it all. They are amazing: they clean and finish unlike anything I've ever used. Remember to turn on the HOT water at the sink just before starting the dishwasher to start the hot water wash sequence (huge help) and let these little bags take it from there. Also, make sure your hand is completely dry before digging through the pouch to pull one out because if you get on the water pouches they will start to melt. I take the bag out FIRST before I start loading the dishwasher to minimize the risk of getting my hands wet and have had no problems so far. Amazing product.
