They are junk and the seller does not guarantee a replacement heater.
We initially bought two heaters. They heated well, but one stopped working after a month and a half. We quickly found a replacement. The second of the original ones stopped working a month after replacing the first. Have a second backup heater. And the first replacement is now not working. The return/replacement window is now closed. Three heaters stopped working in five months. they are garbage. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS OR FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!
