The support staff are extremely helpful with any questions you might have along your journey! They always respond within minutes at best or hours if it's an emergency for us. I really like how they provide options so my clients can choose what works best for them - this has helped our business grow because we're able to work together more effectively using their platform rather than working separately from each other which would be very difficult when dealing with multiple projects simultaneously. It takes some time getting used to but once that happens everything runs smoothly. Our main challenge right now is trying figure out why one project isn't showing up correctly (we had issues before too). Not much yet except maybe just try different things until something shows up?
