I bought this to see if it compares to the custom ones I got from my dentist. Although it took me three different tries to get what I wanted, it was fine. The third time was adorable. I love that you can put it back in hot water and start over. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. Even though it's white, it works great. Fits perfectly and I slept in it all night. I have been grinding my teeth for many years and also have a TMJ. They can be worn by people with TMJ, otherwise my dentist would not have recommended them to me. It actually helps with my bad jaw and makes me feel better. I can buy another one as a backup as I lost 3 usernames at my dentist. I'm better with white. We recommend.
